Stuck in the Middle!

Good afternoon. Our weather is really stuck in a rut at the moment with the Atlantic weather systems pushing wet and windy weather across the nation unable to progress much further as there is deep cold to our northeast over Scandinavia where it is likely to remain well into next week.

So expect little in the way of frost , but unsettled conditions, especially southwestern Britain nearest the low pressure systems, whereas Scotland and northern England, holding on to the driest and somewhat colder weather , with snow only on the highest mountains! So basically we are stuck in the middle between the mild Atlantic and the deep Scandinavian cold for the foreseeable!
